Fluent – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Fluent. By creating an account, joining our events, or participating in our courses, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

These terms are designed to be clear, fair, and written in human language — while still protecting both you and us.

A. Registration & Accounts

1. Accuracy of Information

Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering on the Fluent website. Users must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

2. Passwords & Security

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, contact us immediately at info@fluent.community.
Fluent is not responsible for losses caused by misuse of passwords.

3. Account Ownership

User accounts are personal and not transferable.

4. Right to Refuse Service

Fluent reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) inappropriate behavior, misuse of the platform, or violation of these terms.

B. Prices & Payment

1. Pricing

All prices are listed in NIS and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Fluent reserves the right to update prices for future services.

2. Secure Payments

Payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party providers.
During payment, necessary data (name, email, credit card details, etc.) is shared only with authorized payment processors.

C. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Frequent Fluent Card (FFC)
  • Full refund within 24 hours of purchase (email: ness@fluent.community).
  • If you cannot attend a planned event, notify us at least 24 hours in advance and we will move your entry to a future event.

Single Tickets
  • Single tickets purchased in advance can be transferred to another event if you notify us 24 hours before the event.
  • Cash refunds are not available.

D. Use of Photos, Videos & Content

1. Event Media

By attending a Fluent event, you acknowledge that photographs or video may be taken for community documentation and promotional use (social media, website, printed materials).

If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos:
👉 Please inform the photographer or team member on the spot.

If you want us to remove a photo after publication, email: info@fluent.community.

2. Intellectual Property

All course materials, syllabi, lesson plans, app content, branding, and website content belong to Fluent.
Users may not copy, resell, distribute, or reproduce Fluent materials without written permission.

E. Privacy & Personal Data

Fluent collects and processes personal data only for the purpose of providing services, managing accounts, communicating with users, and improving our offerings.

We never sell or rent personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Personal data may be shared with:

  • payment processors
  • email service providers
  • instructors and coordinators running your program
  • regulatory authorities if required by law

Fluent complies with Israeli privacy laws and, where applicable, GDPR.

Fluent uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your browsing experience, maintain website functionality, and understand how our website is used.

To keep Fluent safe and welcoming, users agree to:

  • behave respectfully toward participants and team members
  • follow event instructions
  • refrain from disruptive, harmful, or offensive behavior

Fluent may remove any participant who violates these guidelines.

H. Service Availability

Fluent may temporarily modify, suspend, or interrupt services for maintenance, platform updates, or reasons beyond our control.
We will always make reasonable efforts to minimize disruptions.

I. Limitation of Liability

Fluent strives to provide accurate, meaningful, and enjoyable services — but no website or service is perfect.
Fluent is not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages
  • service interruptions
  • errors caused by third-party platforms
  • issues resulting from user misuse
J. Changes to These Terms

Fluent may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the website or participation in events indicates acceptance of updated Terms.

K. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Israeli law.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
