How to use your Frequent Fluent Card
Click on “sign up” in the event page, then check the option “use your Frequent Card” and confirm your purchase.
Terms and Conditions for Frequent Fluent Cards (F.F.C)
a. In order to use an entrance from your F.F.C, members must sign up to the event they wish to attend on Fluent’s website.
b. F.F.C’s belong to one person only and can be used to purchase tickets only for that same person.
d. Frequent Fluent Cards are valid for a period of one year since their purchase date.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds for Frequent Fluent Cards will be given if cancellation request is communicated by e-mail to contact@fluent.community less than 24 hours after the purchase.
Tickets purchased in advance for a weekly event may be used for an alternate weekly event provided notice is given to Fluent no later than 24 hours prior to the purchased event.
